Rate: $65/hr c2c

Skills & Experience Need:

 
A WPF expert / Lead / Front End Architect is needed for PO Allocation.  Strong WPF architecture and .NET development experience is a critical addition to the skill set of the existing team.
Technical Lead resource for PO Allocation project team responsible for the design and implementation client application.  Additionally responsible for the overall client design, layout, navigation, screen management, organization of solution / project, naming conventions, etc.
The .NET Architect Developer may also have some level of responsibility to assist with other development efforts as it relates to Microsoft Office Sharepoint Server 2007, AzMan, WCF and LINQ
Closely work with the Solution Architect and the Solution Architecture team to ensure alignment of existing customer practices / standards / approaches.
Mentoring the staff on WPF and related technologies (e.g., WCF, BizTalk, .NET Framework 3.5), which will prepare them for maintaining, supporting and ultimately extending the solution in the future.
Work in a lead role, coordinating work effort with Microsoft, Microsoft Partners, 3rd party consultants and various customer resources.  Work in an independent capacity, comfortable working through ambiguity while keeping focus on goals / objectives.
Senior .NET Framework 3.0 (preferably 3.5 SP1) experience required.                                                                                                                                                                           
Experience working on projects using TFS for process governance is required.
