Project Manager with Prince2 expertise
ADI Project Manager:
Responsibilities:
We need an experienced project manager to work along side the assigned development manager.
This project has been identified as a large scale project that will follow the Prince 2 project methodology.
The program manager needs to have an experienced background in Prince 2.
Requirements
Develop and maintain overall project plan, work break down, time estimates, risks / mitigation, etc…
Work through the PRINCE2 documents, which are required for this project.
Work closely with CLIENT managers for initial work breakdown and continuing changes to the plan.
Facilitate the project's PMO.
In conjunction with the customer’s Project Management resources and stakeholders, facilitate the overall PMO for this project.
Communications broker.
Engage and coordinate with the various groups within CLIENT (e.g., infrastructure, business analysts, security, quality assurance, executive sponsors for the project, etc…) to ensure the overall success of the project.
Work in an independent capacity, comfortable working through ambiguity while keeping focus on goals / objectives.
Coordination of various resources between staff, consultants and various customer resources.
Manage project team communications, documentation, reporting and communications schedule (e.g., establish weekly, bi-weekly) for the various parties and stakeholders involved with the project.
Work with the customers business analysts to ensure scope, requirements and expectations are managed correctly both within the project team and outside the team (e.g., executive sponsors, steering committee, etc…).
While some of these skill sets are available in our department, there is no one available to add these tasks to the scope of their existing role.
