Position: Regional Sales manager
Location: Hyderabad
Position in the hierarchy:
The position will report to the AVP-Marketing.
Product: Packaging machines/Weighers with 10 to 30% customized design. Product uses advanced mechatronics like servos, VFD’s, Loadcells, motion controllers etc.
The key deliverables of the role are:
1. To book profitable orders.
2. To ensure timely sales clearances & collection.
3. To ensure customer satisfaction by helping company focus its after sales service.
4. To give feedback on competitors activities.
5. To develop key accounts.
6. To give feedback on market trends.
Technical skills required.
1.Technical Proposal Engineering.
2.Strong technical background.
3.Communication & Negotiation skills.
4.Local language
5.Capital Goods selling experience.
Back ground:
A high value capital goods sales person with flair for technical selling.
