Project/Role Description:
Provide PM oversight for the QA group within the EMR Software Factory.
This resource filling this role will be responsible for working with the customer QA lead and QA manager and will have the following responsibilities:
Act as a single point of contact for QA Activities
Work with the Stakeholders and Program/Project Managers to create and drive test project plans to meet software release milestones
Maintenance of Test Project Plans
Manage Service delivery across locations / regions from where the service are executed (Houston and India)
Manage the delivery of agreed scope of service
Ensure successful execution of work and coordinate inter-departmental activities/ communications for project progress
Ownership of all escalations / issues and Risks and timely implementation of corrective actions / mitigation plans
Assist Project leads with resource assignments, effort estimations
Attend daily triage calls to ensure issue resolution
Implement and monitor corrective actions where applicable
Review and Provide signoff recommendation for various QA deliverables
Ensure teams compliance to the methodology and processes
