Position: CCIE Network Engineer (2)
Location: San Bruno, Ca & Cary, NC
Length: 3-6 months w/option for additional indefinite amount of time
Start Date: ASAP
Overview:
Sr. Network Engineer is responsible for designing, maintaining, and implementing devices for the network infrastructure. Responsibilities include security, firewalls, routers, switches, VPN, Border connection devices and reporting/collection devices. Additional responsibilities include project assistance, upgrades, new technology evaluation, and cross training with other members of the department.
Required Skills:
1. Must have CISCO CCIE certification
2. Must have 5-7 years of enterprise level work experience in network design, implementation, and support, including hands-on experience with configuration and troubleshooting of LAN/MAN/WAN hardware.
3. Advanced troubleshooting skills and proven experience to identify and resolving complex network LAN/WAN issues.
4. Experience with configuration management and documentation, to including change process management.
