Job Title: Metrics Business Analyst

Job Requirements:
• Thorough understanding of BI Best Practices and Best-of-Breed tool suites such as: Cognos, Business Objects, SAS, Crystal Reports, etc.
• Knowledge of SQL, database query tools, and basic database design concepts..
• Advanced MS Excel skills (e.g. Pivot Tables, V-Lookup, etc.)
• Excellent PC Software skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
• Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
• Excellent numerical and analytic skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret statistical data.
Preferred Qualifications:
• ITIL service management training (certification a plus)
• Six Sigma training (certification a plus).
