• 8+ years experience with computer systems preferred
• In-depth knowledge/experienc e with server/desktop/ laptop/PDA hardware
• In-depth knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, mid-tier software, directory services and infrastructure.
Windows (NT/W2K/XP/W2K3) and Active Directory
• Analytical, problem-solving, written and verbal skills is preferred
• Ability to solve problems quickly and thoroughly, analyze system dumps, decipher error logs, and troubleshoot all layers of software.
• Develop solutions that increase developer and support group’s efficiency.
