Position: Analytics Manager / Business Analyst

Responsibility:
 
Collaborate with operational teams and business stakeholders to gather business requirements, supporting the design of new or improved capabilities and understand business/customer impact
Performs situation assessment and validate business/customer impact
Identify and scope the opportunity, develop project plan including analysis strategy
Performs targeted analysis of customer experiences and behavior directly correlated to key business drivers
Develops key business-relevant findings for customer and capable of developing communication strategies and presentations and able to design customer experiences to effectively transfer knowledge of those findings
Exhibit good level of understanding in driving the data strategy across multiple channels
Prepares and Presents executive level presentations
Collaborate with key partners such as IT and Operations teams to ensure projects are delivered in spite of competing resource demands and challenging time scales
Work with minimal supervision and display strong leadership skills to the team
Contribute to improvements in processes (technical or business) used by analysts
Mentor, train and guide group of junior analysts
Comfortable in an environment of rapid change and ambiguity with the ability to make decisions while understanding the risk
 Requirements: 
Experienced in the Call Center domain and understanding of  Call Center Business
At least 5 – 7 years experience with minimum 3 years analytics / consulting exposure.
Significant experience in web analytics including traffics analysis, related to customer contact channel / experience management including contact centers, IVR [Speech & DTMF] and Web portals
Experience in one of the major industry vertical such as Financial Services, Telecommunications / Wireless, Health Care.
Demonstrated experience in customer facing delivery of complex engagements with global client experience
Strong presentation and communication skills. Individual will be required to travel onsite, participate in client discussions and help them define business problems and explain analytical solutions to customers.
Project management skills with ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Proficiency in contemporary data analysis techniques using one of listed statistical tools SAS, SPSS, MATLAB, R
Strong competency in Microsoft Office packages - Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and VBA
Exposure to one of the BI tools like Business Objects, COGNOS, and Hyperion
Understand the company’s business strategies, competitive environment and industry trends
