Samsung LCD & Insignia Blu-Ray

I have a new Samsung LCD and it works great. Attached is an Insignia Blu-Player which also works great. The problem is with the sound level when playing a DVD or BD disk. The volume is very low in these cases and have to turn the volume almost to 100 but when watching live TV or playing something from DVR 25 is more than enough?
