Restore PDF's to a folder

I have a lot of PDFs in the recycle bin and I would like to move all of them to a folder on the desktop called PDFs. Is that possible without restoring them all to their original location first and then seeking them out to move?
Suggestions please !!!
CommentsYes if you right click and choose Open and then in the Option menu Select All, you can drag and drop them to a folder on the desktop that you made just by right clicking the desktop and choosing New/Folder

Are they on your computer or on your site online? If they're online you'll just have to change the links' address.
Yes possible.

The easiest way is to select all files then right click and cut them all and paste into your desired location
