Getting 4,000 email address's from notepad into an access database, but can go via excel spreadsheet

If you had 4,000 email address's that you had to get from notepad into access, how would you do it please ? There's also an option of going via an excel spreadsheet, if that helps Any help very much appreciated.
CommentsYou could copy and paste into Word 97 and make a table of them or from the Data tab import then as text.

Hello, The steps you should follow for your query.
Ms Office 2003
Open Microsoft Access 2003
Create New File
Click on Blank Database
Then give File name and click on Create
now click on create table in Design view
Now again go to File menu and then click on Open (shortcut key as CTRL+O).
1st change the Save as Type as All Files and then locate your notepad file now. (Before you do this all things please create a copy of your original notepad file first for safety purpose and then try this.) Then onwards follow the steps carefully and as per your requirement.
Ms Office 2007
This will be very easy to import your document of any type.
Just open Microsoft Access 2007
Select Blank Database and give file name then you will see blank database
Now go to "External Data" and there will be option to select access, excel, text file, xml file and so__ Click on "Text File"
Now browse your notepad file which you want to get converted into access.
(Before you do this all things please create a copy of your original notepad file first for safety purpose and then try this.)
Now you need to follow the step carefully as per your requirement and finally Click on Finish.
