How to enable Telnet in windows XP

Hi all,

I have configured windows XP as my server and now i want to enable telnet in it so that i can access the system from any other PC in my network

is telnet is the best to do or their is any other function

if telnet is best then please tell me how do i enable telnet on windows xp so that i can access it

HI Just u have to enable telnet services in services.msc

go to run type services.ms and just run "telnet" services and make the mode automatic so it always starts...

and start using telnet

Dont use telnet if security is an issue-- always use ssh
