Converting .pdf to .doc

By: Admin | 09 Mar 2010 8:28 pm

Hi,

I use my scanner regularly to save document to a computer file.  I've noticed that some of the files I've scanned/created are .pdf and some are .doc.  I'd like to have them all as .doc.  Is there a way to convert previously scanned .pdf files to Word or to something else?

My Scanner is HP Officejet Wireless model 6500, in the event that's important to the solution of my problem.

As always, thanks in advance

But you should be able to set your scanner to scan to a format so look at the manual or the print dialog settings.

This free converter will drive you nuts: it asks for a quite complicated math puzzle to be solved every time you want to use it.

I admit, this does function, but it is not very easy to do. Of course, the PAID version does not have this "problem".

Its the easiest program to use.

Three small panes.

1. Choose The PDF files.

2. Choose what to open it with as a Doc file.

Hit the Convert button.

3. Word open the the PDF as a Word.doc.

Can't get easier that that.

Free PDF to Word Converter is an easy to use utility that does swift conversions from PDF to Word. You just need to add the file which you intend to convert into the program and click Convert. It is that easy! This program will create an exact copy of the PDF file. It will retain all graphics, fonts and formatting. It supports all versions of MS Word so that you would not have any troubles editing the converted file. The program works on all Windows systems.

Because of your PDF is scanned, the normal PDF to Word Converter can not help you convert scanned PDF to Word. So you would try OCR Terminal, a free program that can help you convert it to editable word. Here is the resource of 30 + free PDF Tools, you would find this program.

BTW, for normal PDF, you can try this free PDF to Word Converter, which cost $29.95 before. It has mutiple functions and the conversion quality is superb. Also try it.
