Access Denied while installing video driver.

"cannot install this hardware video controller" "access denied"
Computer: Compaq Presario 061 DM171A-ABA S5000NX
Device: Intel(R) 82845G/GL/GE/ PE/GV Graphics Controller
Op Sys: XP-SP2 (was SP3)
Drivers attempted:
Intel Graphics Media Accelerator Driver for Windows XP(14.10.3)[ exewin2k_ xp14103]. exe
Intel Graphics Media Accelerator Driver for Windows XP(14.10.3)[ win2k_xp14103] .zip
(From HP)... Intel Extreme Graphics Driver Update v.6.14.10.3943[ sp26455]. exe
Aministrator: Yes (and tried both nornal AND safe mode)
